Mark is a phenomenal realtor. Firstly, he responds to you when you call him or email him rather quickly, and always was available. He made the process of buying a new home over the course of 6 months incredibly easy, and never once pressured us into purchasing something we didn't love. However, what really makes Mark a top notch realtor, is a month after we closed, we had an issue with back property taxes not being paid and showing up as owed under our account. I contacted Mark and my lawyer, and Mark solved the issue, while the lawyer is nowhere to be found. This kind of exceptional after sales service is incredibly difficult to come by. I cannot recommend Mark Francone enough to anybody looking to buy or sell.
